Emily Piazza is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Full Spectrum Doula, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and mom of 3. She helps pregnant and postpartum folks with gestational diabetes, disordered eating and eating disorders, and body image struggles. 

Christy Hotaling, CMT (she/her) specializes in prenatal and postpartum massage to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and ease musculoskeletal strain and pain. She is also trained in Swedish and Thai yoga massage.

Aubrey Carpenter, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist committed to helping parents more seamlessly navigate the ever evolving challenge of becoming parents and raising children in these modern times. She brings over a decade of clinical experience working with youth and families in a variety of clinical and medical settings.
